I started this piece wanting to capture pure speed behind a Porsche 911 (930) Turbo. But as I painted, I realized that the trees and the forest inspired by the Gespensterwald near Rostock were unnecessary. I wanted to show only the essence.

Each of us has our own soul and our own speed. So decide for yourself — how fast is this Porsche really moving?
For me, its speed matches the airplane in the distance.
