1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you directly via email.

2. Packaging

Artworks require maximum protection, which is why all prints are carefully rolled and shipped in heavy-duty, rigid protective tubes.
This prevents any bending, creasing, or moisture damage during transit, ensuring your print arrives in perfect studio condition.

3. Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

I ship worldwide using premium and reliable courier services. Once your package is handed over to DHL or FedEx, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 1 week (approx. 5–7 business days).
United States: 2 weeks (approx. 10–14 days).
United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2 weeks (approx. 10–14 days).

Worldwide: 1–3 weeks.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays or customs clearance.

4. Shipment Insurance & Peace of Mind

100% Insured: Every single shipment is fully insured.
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me immediately at zelenin.ioann.art@gmail.com or per instagram Direct with photos of the damaged packaging and print, and I will resolve the issue as a priority.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You will be able to monitor your package at every stage of its journey.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Disclaimer)

Buyer’s Responsibility: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or VAT fees imposed by the destination country.
