Original Artwork Curated visual references and artistic direction presented for approval before production begins.

Digital sketch submitted for client review and sign-off prior to final execution.

Video Production Custom Music One original painting, 60 × 90 cm, colour, oil/acrylic on canvas. Signed and dated by the artist.

Custom process reel documenting the creation of the artwork, edited for social media use.

Original music composition produced specifically for the reel.

Social Media Assets Final artwork photography and all video assets delivered in formats ready for posting.

TIMELINE

Payment terms: 50% upon agreement, 50% upon delivery of final assets.

TERMS

1. The artist retains the right to use the artwork and process documentation for portfolio and promotional purposes.

2. Revisions to sketches and composition are included at the pre-production stage. Changes after production has begun may affect timeline and cost.

3. The client agrees to provide any required brand guidelines, reference materials, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure the posting date is met.

4. This proposal is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
